THE SPACE

Make yourself at home in our cosy, modern apartment in a small, peaceful village of Štinjan, at the outskirts of Pula. It consists of two bright bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern fully equipped kitchen and a sunlit living room with a flat screen TV and a seating area. The apartment has a beautiful and spacious balcony and two free parking spaces. Master bedroom and the living room are equipped with an air conditioning device.

Smoking is prohibited in the entire apartment. Pets are not allowed.
It can accommodate up to 5 guests. Children of all ages are welcome!

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed (160x200cm), two night cabinets, a desk and a wardrobe closet with a safe box. A sofa bed suitable for grown-ups and a separate single bed are located in the second bedroom. Baby cot is available upon request.
You are welcome to use our fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer and a coffee machine.
Our spacious living room has a seating and dining area and access to the balcony. Netflix and satellite programs are available on our flat screen TV.
Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment.

LOCATION

to find your way around

You will be staying in a peaceful part of Štinjan, offering calm and restful nights after an exciting day at the beach. However, just minutes away by car, you will find yourself in the center of Pula's most vibrant urban areas, where all the night life is happening.
The nearest beach ist Hidro Baza, located about 700m from the flat. If you would like to try local pastry, we recommend a bakery just around the corner, about 200m from the apartment.
Local grocery stores are also available within a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
